What Did It Cost?
Seventy years ago a nickel or a dime was a lot of money for a younger child. Candy bars, comic books, gum, daily newspapers, even the Sunday paper, like the Seattle Times. Jesus died and shed His blood for us, the ultimate price to pay for our redemption. He also rose on Sunday morning, long ago, so that we know, with certainty, that we have great hope. Our Redeemer lives!
